President

- Presides at all meetings of the PTA
- Coordinates the work of the officers and committees of the PTA

Recording Secretary
Kenyatta Williams
- Serves as an aide to the President

Treasurer
Cheryl Brewer
- Has custody of all funds and finances of the PTA
- Keep a full and accurate account or receipts and expenditures
- Make disbursements as authorized in accordance with the budget adopted by the general membership
- Present a written financial statement at every meeting
- Prepare an annual Financial report at the close of the fiscal year
- Conduct an audit at the end of the fiscal year and submit the report to the Virginia PTA
- File taxes in accordance with IRS regulations
- Submit membership dues to the National PTA and Virginia PTA
